Food and service are excellent; however I have one issue with this restaurant: the smell! The moment you walked in, the restaurant has overwhelming smell of room deodorizer!! It is sometimes nauseating and not suitable for food establishment. Anyhow, Tonkotsu Ramen has good flavor and the egg is cook to perfection. They have "Kakuni" style pork instead of Chashu which I prefer. Again food and service is great minus the smell of overwhelming Fabreeze!

Very good, especially when comparing to other options in the Sunnyvale area where it's kinda slim pickins. My mum is Japanese and would approve of the food here, although not give it a 5-star rating as I am doing. Mine is actually a 4.75 but let's be sweet today. The pork donburi was delicate in flavour and hit the spot. Wish the egg wasn't icy cold. The fried stickers were a bit too fried. The karaage was PERFECT and so was the takoyaki. Great decor and noise level. Guy waiting on us was ace!

Yummy ramen. Was wandering downtown Sunnyvale and ramen sounded good for a cold rainy day. I had the miso ramen and my partner had the tokatsu. Both were delicious. We started with an order of gyoza and potato croquettes to share. Delicious Good food, fast and friendly service.

Very enjoyable meal. I appreciated that they were very intentional with their decisions concerning their food items. The environment and service was also very good. The location is top notch as it is in the middle of the Sunnyvale Downtown. Their ramen recipe and topping selections were high quality but it was not my personal favorite as the shredded chunks of pork belly(?) and spinach was not my preferred format of toppings. The karage was high quality but I think I would have preferred a smaller format with more pieces. Since I enjoyed their take on ramen, even though it is not my preferred -- I believe it is an opinion but the quality and value is good so I gave it a high rating because it is worth trying. Try it out. I think it is amazing they feel the passion to make a unique ramen!

I'm always a fan to try new ramen places and this one didn't disappoint. We came here on a friday afternoon at like 6pm right before dinner rush and we were seated quickly. Our server was very friendly and attentive. I got the tongkotsu ramen with the habanero spicy and it was really flavorful and definitely spicy! I'm a fan of spicy food and it had a real kick. If you want something that isn't as hot, the regular spicy level is tasty as well. We also got the personal size of the chicken karaage and regular takoyaki. I like how they have a "personal" size especially if you want to taste more appetizers, but don't want to fully commit to a full appetizer size and be overwhelmed by the food.

Visited on a Wednesday evening. This restaurant is located in Sunnyvale downtown on Murphy st. Parking is always a struggle in this area. We got seated right away Ordered the Miso ramen. Nice hearty serving size with a lot of noodles. Contained good multiple chunks of pork. The broth was flavorful. I ordered the regular level of spice, could have gone with spicy. Comes with toppings of corn, seaweed, bean sprouts, green onion, mushrooms and a full soft boiled egg cut in halves.

Came here on a Saturday for lunch and there was no wait at lunch time. Parking was a little challenging since there is the farmers market happening as well so the lots were filled. We were seated right away and service was quick and excellent. I saw that they were known for their clam ramen so I gave it a try. It was pretty good and flavorful with a lot of clams in the ramen. The price was very reasonable, and the food was solid. I would recommend if you are in the area!
